Equisys extends support of Zetadocs to Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010
Equisys, a producer of software packages for document production and delivery, including Zetafax®, a network fax server, and Zetadocs®, a Document Management Solution, recently announced the launch of Zetadcs for Microsoft Dynamics GP version 2.0. This is the latest version of the document delivery and management software that was developed specifically for GP which provides support for the Zetadocs Capture Essentials and Delivery Essentials editions on Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010.
“The Capture Essentials and Delivery Essentials editions of Zetadocs provide complete document delivery and management for Microsoft Dynamics GP,” explains Chris Oswald, CEO of Equisys. “With all information instantly available to both GP users and non-GP users via SharePoint, queries can be handled first time as quickly as possible”.
The Delivery Essentials edition of Zetadocs goes beyond the email delivery module included in GP 2010. Documents can be automatically created through the use of present templates as well as faxed through Zetadocs software. It also allows for 35 reports to be emailed and more reports being supported with configuration. Users will be able to receive their documents in the formats that they prefer because Zetadocs allows documents to be faxed. Oswald states that “all documents are then archived in PDF/A format which is the most suitable format for secure, long term storage.”
